Function Booking

 

  • The Function room hire is $350.00.
  • Drinks are at Function room prices eg glass of wine $5 and a VB stubby $5.
  • Subject to change. Linen is $10 per table (if required). A bar person is $25 per hour.
  • The Club can provide platters of mixed sandwiches at $55 per platter.
  • If security is required two guards would be rostered at $70 per hour.
  • Our Function room is licensed until 1am on certain nights.
  • An overhead projector is available for $50 for the evening.

Food is a separate cost. Our preferred caterer is "First Choice Gourmet Catering".

Barbeque options at the club is an alternative. BBQ can be hired for $25, cook your own. Drinks at bar prices in the Club house with light snacks available eg pies, pasties and rolls.
